Great service, quality and price. We had a couple of bad experiences in Hoi An with inattentive staff and cold service. We were therefore very happy to find H&B where the service was warm and they gave the personal tailoring experience we were looking for. We got two dresses for our girls, a jacket for her and two shirts for him. The fitting was very service minded and they took in all our second thought changes with no complaints at all.
In the end we had a great experience and some very nice pieces at a price well below what the old town Hoi An shops quoted. I would highly recommend and will come back if in Da Nang / Hoi An area.
